What does the site do well?

  • Skip to main content link appears on every page for keyboard users.
  • Semantic HTML landmarks on every page.
  • Every interactive element is reachable from the keyboard with a visible focus state.
  • Body copy meets 4.5 to 1 contrast. Large copy meets 3 to 1.
  • All meaningful images have descriptive alt text. Decorative images are marked aria hidden.
  • Forms have labels, autocomplete attributes, and clear error messages.
  • prefers reduced motion is respected across the site.
  • Tap targets are at least 48 by 48 CSS pixels.
  • Minimum body font size is 16 pixels.

Known limitations

  • Older photo gallery images may have short alt text derived from filename. We rewrite them as new photos replace older ones.
