Are you a licensed fishing guide?

What is included in a guided trip?

How far in advance should I book?

What should I bring on the trip?

Bring your Missouri fishing license, rain gear, warm clothes in case the morning is cool, a hat, polarized sunglasses, sunscreen, and a camera. Do I need a Missouri fishing license?

Yes. You can buy one online from the Missouri Department of Conservation, or pick one up at most sporting goods stores and Walmart locations in the Branson area. Can kids come on the trip?

What happens if the weather is bad?

Keith watches the forecast closely. Light rain is fine, and fishing is often great in overcast weather. If there is lightning or unsafe conditions, Keith will reschedule your trip at no charge. You always get your deposit back if weather forces a cancellation.

Do you provide lunch or drinks?

Water and ice are on the boat every trip. Bring your own snacks for half day trips and a packed lunch for full day trips. Keith is happy to stop at a dock restaurant if that works better for your group.

How many people can come on one trip?

The standard trip is for two anglers. Additional guests are $75 each. Larger groups are handled through affiliated licensed guides so everyone fishes together across multiple boats.

Can you pick me up from my resort?

Yes. Keith provides complimentary pickup from most Branson area resorts and hotels, including Bar M Resort and Shore Acres Resort. Tell him your location when booking and he will meet you at the dock or the lodge.

What time do trips start?

Most trips start early. In summer Keith likes to be on the water by sunrise so you get the best bite before the heat. Start times are flexible in spring, fall, and winter. Let him know what works for your group.

How long is a typical trip?

Half day trips run about four hours. Full day trips run about eight hours. Both options include all gear, bait, and tackle. The full day gives more time to work multiple patterns and cover more water. Rates are on the trips page.

What species will we target?

Table Rock Lake holds largemouth, smallmouth, and Kentucky spotted bass, plus crappie and bluegill. Lake Taneycomo holds rainbow and brown trout. Is there a deposit?

Yes. A $75 refundable deposit holds your date. Cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours before your trip and you get the full deposit back. The balance is paid before you leave the dock on trip day.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash or Venmo. Keith keeps things simple so you do not have to worry about card fees or processing delays. Pay the balance before you leave the dock.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours before your trip and your $75 deposit is fully refundable. Weather cancellations always get a full refund or a free reschedule on a date that works for your group.

What kind of boat do you use?

A modern Nitro bass boat, tournament rigged with GPS, electronics, and all the gear you would see on the Bassmaster tour. Safe, fast, and built to fish all day in any conditions Table Rock or Taneycomo can throw at you.

Do you teach beginners how to fish?

Yes. Many first time anglers catch their personal best fish with Keith. He covers casting, knot tying, hook setting, and fish handling. No experience required. Just show up ready to have fun.
